I always loved honey but I started getting really into honey products within the past couple of months. This company is local to me so I wanted to try them had bought the granules for extra health benefits. Mainly seasonal allergies. I did my homework and bee pollen is a superfood in its own right. I use this on my yogurts, oatmeal, smoothies and or you can eat it by itself. It has a light sweet floral taste to it and if you don't like that, it's easily covered by foods. If you mix it in. I love it and I do a teaspoon a day but make sure you're not allergic to any bee related items or honey. This company shipped and packed my item very quickly and I got it within the same week.
