At Donna Bee Honey, every jar is packed with care so you can enjoy the freshest taste of nature. Because our products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so here’s how we handle issues:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/phone].

  • We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Gift Orders

  • If you’ve sent a gift and there’s an issue with delivery or quality, we’ll work directly with the recipient (or you) to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened honey jars, honeycomb, or other edible products.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once approved.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
